    • The bracelet must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
    • Any tags or labels that were attached to the bracelet must still be intact and attached.
    • Customized or personalized bracelets may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials.
  2. Return Process:

    • Pack the bracelet securely in its original packaging or a similar protective package.
    • Include a copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
    • Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Refund or Exchange:

    • Upon receiving the returned bracelet and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement item you would like, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
  4. Exceptions:

    • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the bracelet does not meet our return policy criteria.
    • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions may be final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
